Direct Origin Traceability
We partner directly with gardens in Fujian, Zhejiang, Yunnan, and Anhui. Each commercial lot is traceable to its garden, harvest window, and cultivar — grades and origin sit on the spec sheet, with no extra trading layer between the lot and the export documents.
EU & US Food-Safety Standards
Lots destined for the EU or US are selected to meet those markets’ food-safety expectations, including EU Maximum Residue Levels (MRLs). Third-party laboratory testing (Eurofins, approx. 2 weeks, at cost) can be arranged on request. Some lots come from gardens certified organic under EU 2018/848; organic identity belongs to the producing operator.
Accessible Order Minimums
Low minimums — most teas from 5 kg. A few grades carry a higher order minimum, set by how those lots are packed and sold; see the product spec sheet for the actual figure. Specialty tea shops and tea houses can try more than one seasonal lot without locking capital in a container.
Full Export & Customs Support
Express courier, air cargo, or ocean freight — FOB, CIF, or door-to-door. Commercial shipments typically include a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, and a Phytosanitary Certificate for destination clearance.
